Hilltop's Angus cattle forage for their lifetime in open pastures on high quality, nutritious annual and perennial grasses. They never get grain. We adhere to the dietary protocols required by the American Grassfed Association, which certifies and audits our farm – so you can be assured that you are buying real grassfed and grass-finished beef.
And, our cattle are never given antibiotics, or growth hormones. If an animal is ill and requires antibiotic treatment, we remove it from our regular program and it is not sold at our markets.
