Our bacon is the real deal...not salted or cured, just right!  The cut used to make bacon comes from the side - or belly - of the pig.

Hilltop's bacon is one of the only bacons I can find that comes from pastured, chemical free pork and is also uncured, unsalted, nitrate free and contains no sugar.  There is virtually no other bacon on the market without sugar.

Buying/Handling/Storing Tip:
Store bacon in the package in the coldest part of the refrigerator at a temperature between 36 and 40 degrees F. Once the package is opened, use within five to seven days.
