Beef liver is an excellent source of essential nutrients including protein, iron and vitamin A. Consider grassfed beef liver. It is slightly lower in fat and cholesterol than grain-fed beef liver and is still an excellent source of essential nutrients. Our grassfed beef liver is sold in packages 1/4 inch thick. The weight of each package is approximately one pound.
